Portland Rescue Mission

Our Change for Children funds go to support PRM’s Shepherd’s Door program for women and children. This is a 12-month recovery and stabilization program to help women and children who have been on the streets gain hope, freedom from addictions, healing from trauma, safety and ultimately self sufficiency with a home and a job. Children’s Cancer Association

Our funds support JoyRX programming. A key program is MusicRX, which brings joy to hospitalized children through music. Their programs are life changing and are beloved in the many children’s hospitals they are in, including OHSU Doernbecher and Children’s Hospital and OC and LA!

Our funds go to support victim services within Safety Compass’s programs for women and children who experience human trafficking. Women receiving these services come from all over Oregon, including Medford, the location of our newest cafe.

Backpack Build with Kids in Need Foundation

Over 15 Panera team members came to pack 350 backpacks full of school supplies for a low-income school in Salem, OR. Every student in this school will receive one of these awesome backpacks that are full of brand-new school supplies to give them the resources, confidence and support they need to kick off the school year well!

OHSU Doernbecher CHildren’s Hospital

Change for Children funds support the Novel Interventions in Children’s Healthcare (NICH) programming, which cares for and addresses children with complex health and social issues.
